Dan Gutierrez joins the GRD team all the way from New York City. Before Dan started designing, you could see him share his creativity on the Broadway stage.
What sets Dan apart is his ability to create spaces that go beyond aesthetics. His genuine connection with people inspires them to think outside the box, transforming their homes into places that not only wow but also hold deep personal meaning.
Dan’s aesthetic is modern, fresh, young, and current, with an eclectic twist. His love for color, furniture, art, and travel has inspired Dan to utilize his eye for design and assist his clients in developing the essence of “a place called home.”

Ariel Richardson
Ariel is passionate about changing the way you live your life. With 17 years of experience in the design industry, Ariel brings a unique perspective to every project. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and ability to bring ideas to life, she has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Ariel's dedication to excellence and commitment to exceeding client expectations make her a trusted partner for those seeking inspired design solutions.
Ariel has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute of CA-San Francisco, a Masters in Interior Architecture from AAU, and CCIDC accreditation.

Skirmante McCrady
Skirmante Julia McCrady has been dreaming about designing homes since she was three years old in Lithuania. Although she originally went to school for nursing in Chicago, she continued thinking about interiors. It was when she worked at a rehab facility that she realized she would no longer set her dreams aside for a profession that was so far from her true passion.
Skirmante's journey in interior design didn't stop at her degree from FIDM San Francisco. It was just the beginning of her mission to bring the elegance and sophistication of high-end design to the homes of Sonoma County, making it accessible to all who appreciate beauty.
When Skirmante isn’t designing, she spends time with her husband Mitch, daughter Estella, and their three dogs, Henry, Bailey, and Kelly, at their Windsor, California home. Skirmante’s home is a canvas for her to display and explore her design aesthetic, starting with a neutral modern foundation layered with traditional and vintage details.

Max Maloney
Born in San Francisco and raised in the North Bay, Max is the lead photographer for GRD. A product design engineer by trade, Max's critical eye for color and form and his enthusiasm for photography led him to develop a passion for interior photography.
When not designing or shooting, Max can be found cooking, cycling in the Bay Area, or covered in sawdust while working on home-improvement projects.
