ReMODEL: A 1912 EDWARDIAN TAKES ON A MODERN LOOK

Location: Duboce Triangle, San Francisco, CA | Completed: 2017 | Photography: Max Maloney

This classic Edwardian home had a typical layout filled with small room after small room. With some space planning and dreaming, we took out a wall and closet to create an open floor plan that houses the kitchen, dining room and living room. The bathrooms were also a fully demolished to gain a better use of space and storage. Following major construction, the design and styling of this home consisted of creating a neutral while bringing in warm tones through brass, walnut and touches of color.
