Being Kind to Yourself

Friday mornings consist of early morning yoga, meditation, coffee and acupuncture. 

Balancing your business life with your personal life can be achieved. The most important thing I've learned throughout the process is to be kind to myself. If I choose to go after something, awesome. If I choose not to, then I try not to beat myself up about it. 

It takes practice but it is possible!
