I have been working on my meditation practice every Monday and Wednesday with Lifted, and this morning I had such beautiful creative ideas flowing to me.
I have been having "designer's block" lately due to so much execution of projects rather than "imagining and dreaming." I was a bit taken aback by these ideas coming to me because I first considered them a distraction and interruption. Naturally, I was a bit frustrated because I want to perfect my meditation. Instead, Ryan Allen of Lifted taught me to thank the creative thoughts. Allow them to manifest, express gratitude and continue to breathe.
This was such a beautiful awakening for me. Meditation has brought such joy, calm and extended days to my life.
